Text Messaging Program

MyBasic LLC ("we," "us") operates a text messaging program to send scheduling links to people who speak with us by phone and ask for one. This page explains exactly how someone joins the program, what they'll receive, and how to leave it at any time.

How Someone Joins This Program (Opt-In)

There is exactly one way to enroll in this program: verbal consent given during a live phone call. No web form, checkbox, or purchased list is used.

• A caller dials our published business number, (404) 477-4512.
• They speak with our phone assistant — either our receptionist or a sales/support specialist reached through a live call transfer.
• If the caller expresses interest in scheduling a free discovery call, the assistant explicitly asks whether they'd like to receive a text message containing a scheduling link.
• We only proceed if the caller gives an affirmative verbal "yes" — consent is never assumed or implied.
• The assistant then asks for the best number to send the text to, and reads it back digit by digit to confirm before ending the call, since a caller may want the text on a different number than the one they called from.

What You'll Receive

Immediately after the call ends, we send exactly one text message containing a scheduling link to the confirmed number. Example messages:

• "Hi, thanks for calling MyBasic LLC! Here's a link to grab a time for your free discovery call: [scheduling link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
• "Hi, this is a reminder from MyBasic LLC about your upcoming discovery call. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message frequency depends on whether a discovery call is scheduled — typically one message to send the link, and an occasional reminder if a call is booked. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END to any message to be unsubscribed immediately. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts from this program. Reply START at any time to opt back in.
